What do I need to use Rrage?
A Windows computer, an internet connection, and your Rrage plan. Rrage runs on Windows today.
How do I install it?
Download Rrage from your welcome email or Rrage.app, open the file and follow the steps. Then open the link in your email to switch Rrage on.
Where is my access code?
In your welcome email. Lost it? Sign in to your account and press Resend access code.
Does Rrage work on a Mac?
Not yet. Rrage is Windows only today.
What can Rrage do?
It drafts documents, sorts and tidies files, keeps track of payments and stock, and handles routine tasks. Ask in plain words.
Will Rrage change my files without asking?
No. Nothing moves until you approve it, one item at a time. Anything Rrage removes goes to a _trash folder where you can recover it. Nothing is ever deleted.
Can Rrage read my email?
If you connect it, Rrage reads your mail in its own browser window. You sign in yourself, and Rrage never asks for, reads or stores your password. Anything it sends waits for your approval.
Can Rrage use my calendar?
Not yet. Calendar is coming soon.
Can Rrage send things on its own?
No. Anything Rrage sends, moves or changes waits for your approval first.
How do I message Rrage from my phone?
Link WhatsApp or Telegram in Connections. Step-by-step guides: Telegram and WhatsApp.
Does my computer need to be on?
Yes. Rrage works on your computer, so leave it switched on and connected to the internet.
Is Telegram private?
Telegram chats aren't end-to-end encrypted. If that matters for a task, use Rrage on your computer.
Can I use both WhatsApp and Telegram?
Yes. Link either or both in Connections. Rrage replies on both, and nothing sends without your approval.
What does Rrage record?
A local activity log on your computer: what Rrage did, the steps it took, buttons you pressed, anything that failed, and when the app opened or closed. It does not record names or anything that identifies a person, passwords, access codes, or the contents of your files. It stays on your computer.
Does Rrage store my passwords?
No. You sign in to your accounts yourself, and Rrage never asks for, reads or stores your password.
Do my files get uploaded?
Your files stay on your computer. Rrage sends your requests to its AI service to get answers, and it asks before anything leaves your computer.
What plans are there?
Starter is $30 a month for everyday tasks, Plus is $50 for daily work, and Pro is $70 for the most usage. You can see how much you have used on your account page.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, any time from your account. Upgrades start right away and downgrades start at your next renewal. If you cancel, Rrage keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.
Where are my invoices?
On your account page, under Invoices.
What happens if I use all my usage?
Rrage tells you before you run out, and you can move to a bigger plan from your account page.
How do I check my usage?
Sign in and open your account page. It shows how much of this period's usage you have used, and when it resets on your renewal date.
Rrage says it could not check for updates.
Try again in a moment. If it keeps happening, download the newest version from Rrage.app and install it over the top.
Telegram or WhatsApp will not connect.

I lost my access code.
Sign in to your account and press Resend access code. We email it to the address on your plan.
